Nothing…and EVERYTHING. There was a time when buying Real Estate and being in the Lifestyle was simple and easy to do. Those days are gone and it’s now a confusing, and many times frustrating, thing to deal with.

For those of you who are wondering what “Lifestyle” means…it’s swinging and it has become the fastest growing social Lifestyle in the world thanks, in large part, to the Internet.

The Internet has also created some of the problems and frustrations with both the Lifestyle and Real Estate. The availability of information is quick but also confusing and many times you have to go to several sources to get all of the needed information. This site will help you with both issues.

I’ve been in the Lifestyle since 1973 and a Realtor since 1996. I’ve had to deal with all of the same issues you’re having to deal with including raising a family and it is my intention and desire to help you navigate through these issues as easily as possible.

Real Estate has become more complicated by the day. The issues a buyer or seller has to deal with were un-imaginable a few short years ago. The normal things like Schools, Location, HOA’s and so on are still there but now you have to be concerned with Structural Integrity, Pest and Rodent Infestation, Mold, Unsettled Ground, Traffic Flow, Parking, Crime Levels, Contaminated Soil and a great deal more as well as if they have (or should be) been disclosed.

Add to this the various Lifestyle issues like Ability to Entertain, Privacy, Amenities for Entertaining, Additional Parking, Zoning, Proximity to Social Events and Other Lifestyler’s it can become down right maddening very quickly.

If you’ve just moved here from somewhere else getting assimilated into the local Lifestyle Scene can be equally frustrating. This site will also be helpful in keeping you informed on what’s going on, where, and make it easier for you to find those people who have similar interests to yours more quickly and easily. It will also be a great resource for those of you already in the Lifestyle locally or are considering taking that step into the whole thing.
